Returns & exchanges

OHR offer full refunds and exchanges on all full priced items. We have a 14 day return policy, all orders made in Australia will be accepted within 14 days of when your item/s are received. Items that are received outside this date will not be accepted. All items must be in the same condition as received with their original tags, any items that have been worn, washed or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
You can initiate a return or exchange by contacting us on hello@onhighrotation.com.au If your return is within the 14 day period you will receive an email from us with the next steps of where to ship your item. Please ensure that you follow these steps so that the item is being sent to the correct address. Once received and if accepted you will be sent an email of confirmation and will be refunded within 10 business days in the same form of payment. 
Please note that return shipping expense are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges will be returned at the cost of the customer, with your new order being dispatched free of charge.

Exchange 
You can initiate your exchange by contacting us on hello@onhighrotation.com.au  Please let u know what size or item you wish to exchange. We will do our best to facilitate all exchange requests however as we have limited capsule pieces we won’t be able to guarantee that all requests can be fulfilled.
 
Faulty or Damaged
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately on hello@onhighrotation.com.au if you feel that your item is damaged or defected. We would love to fix this issue right away for you and we will contact you with the next steps. 

Final Sale 
All items that have been marked down are considered 'final sale' and are ineligible for return (including refund, credit note or exchange) under all circumstances unless deemed faulty.
