OHR warehouse is based in Melbourne, your order will be dispatched within 2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number via Australia Post. 

Please ensure that you provide your correct address before processing your order. If you wish to change your address prior to your order being shipped please contact hello@onhighrotation.com.au

Australian Orders
Express shipping (2-3 Business Days), a flat rate of $15 will be charged for all orders with a delivery address within Australia. You will be sent a tracking number for your order via email. Please contact Australia post directly if your order is delayed, lost or damaged. 

Standard Shipping (2-7 Business Days), free for all orders with a delivery address within Australia. You will be sent a tracking number for your order via email. Please contact Australia post directly if your order is delayed, lost or damaged.

International Orders 
Standard shipping (7-14 days) a flat rate of $40 will be charged for all international orders.

There may be unforeseen delays due to customs that are out of our control. You will be sent a tracking number for your order. Please contact customer care of the shipping provider if you have any concerns in regards to your order.

*Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to the country of delivery, this fee must be be covered by the customer.
